Nottingham Chameleons is a support and social group for transgendered people and family. Partners or parents are more than welcome to attend the group if they wish.
Meetings at The Temple Centre, Nottingham Road Nuthall Nottingham, are on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. The evening runs from 8pm until 11pm. There is private parking, a changing room upstairs and we do not charge for drinks. Attendance fees are £6 for trans people and £4 for partners.
If you are visiting us for the first time, you don't have to pay. Also, we understand that meeting new people can be a little daunting, so please get in touch via the forum or via email.
The Temple Centre is an ideal meeting place for all transgender people, but it is especially so for those who are blossoming for the first time and who are looking for encouraging support.
It is very conveniently located just a couple of minutes away from junction 26 of the M1. We have a map and directions available.

There is plenty of on-site parking (not overlooked) and a large changing room is also available, should you need it.
Please come in the front door (pictured) and come straight down the corridor, to the main meeting room at the back of the centre. You can usually hear us!
Prior to 8pm, we share the facilities with another group, but we have sole use of the Centre after 8.30pm. We recommend that first time vistors try to arrive around 8.30pm, as the car park will be quiet and you can be assured of someone from the group being there to meet you.
