Tel: 0300 123 2523

The line is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays 12-9pm. Calls are charged at local landline rates. We can also be contacted via email or an online web messenger service. See contact section below.

We provide information and emotional support to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and their families, friends and supporters across Scotland. We are also here to support those questioning or wanting to discuss their sexuality or gender identity.

We have access to a wide range of information such as where to get support with any issues you have. We are also here for you if you just want to talk. If you want to explore your feelings, get something off your chest or just to know that you are not alone. We can discuss a range of issues with you including sexuality, coming out, gender identity, relationships and sexual and emotional wellbeing. Your call is confidential and we are not here to judge you or tell you what to do; simply to support you in whatever you are going through.

The helpline is supported by experienced, trained, friendly, non-judgemental staff and volunteers who are happy to listen. Many of us identity as LGBT ourselves, and we are all experienced in supporting LGBT people with a wide range of issues.
