Inclusive Peterborough is a relaxed and informal social group for making new friends, socialising and getting to know people in Peterborough and the surrounding areas. This group is for those who describe themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual along with those from the wider LGBT+ community including those who identify as Asexual, Intersex, Queer and Questioning. Its also for their friends and families.
We have a diverse organiser base including a Trans Woman, Gay man, Lesbian Woman, Asexual/Aromantic man, and a Christian 'Mama Bear' Parent of a Trans Man. The group has well over 200 members. So plenty of options available if you are looking for Peer Support on your journey.
The group is NOT faith based but has members and organisers with a faith so we can offer peer support for members who are struggling with the intersectionality of their LGBT and faith identities.
We have regular social meet-ups including:
- Saturday Coffee Morning (every 4 weeks)
- Saturday Breakfast (every 4 weeks - 2 weeks after Coffee morning)
- 1st Tuesday Meal Out
- 3rd Wednesday Midweek Drinks in Town
- 3rd Sunday Meal Out
